yes you do half 2 pay 2 be a member but u can buy a membership card in stores then go to cp and click on membership. u should be able to fugure it out from their!!

Yes, there is a way, but you might get banned so practice on a dummy account.
Go to the Club Penguin Trainer page on the right side and download it. Then, you will see a tab called CP Hacks. Click the tab. Search through the hacks and you will find a membership hack. Happy Hacking!
